Director & Treasurer
Graeme Hill He/Him
Graeme has been working in the disability sector for over 30 years, starting his apprenticeship at the renowned Calvert Trust Lake District. Following his work there, he embarked on an enjoyable and varied journey of specialising in developing access to climbing activities becoming one of the countries most respected advisors.
​
His work has included jointly founding the British Mountaineering Council GB ParaclimbingTeam, serving as the Chair for Adventure for All, an Institute for Outdoor Learning Sector Specialist Group, developing the Climbing for All course, a Mountain Training funded CPD programme, and more recently working alongside highly experienced ERCA trainers in developing the new High Ropes for All syllabus.

In addition, he has for several years advised national organisations such as the Association of British Climbing Walls and the National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme on inclusion. He is a qualified Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor holds the IRATA Level 1 qualification and is a registered Technical Advisor. He was recently appointed as a committee member and joint lead for the Association of Mountaineering and Climbing Instructors Equity and Diversity Group

In his personal time, he enjoys climbing and mountain biking, having climbed and biked in many parts of Europe and the UK and on the less strenuous side loves doing clay work on a potters wheel

Founder & Chairman
Rod Baber He/Him
With over 25 years’ experience as an owner and operator of traditional and recreational high ropes courses, and 20 years as an ERCA instructor and rescue trainer, Rob brings deep industry knowledge and practical expertise to inclusive adventure. A former professional mountaineer, their career has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to safety, challenge, and access.

Motivated by personal experience as the parent of a daughter with physical disabilities, Rob is passionate about making high ropes and climbing facilities accessible to everyone. His work focuses on helping operators adopt inclusive, affordable, and safe solutions that transform participation across the sector.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys running, cooking, and unsurprisingly climbing!

Administrator & Digital Marketing Manager
Jade Cowley-Lane She/Her
Over the past decade, Jade has managed multiple outdoor/indoor adventure pursuits, created/ran inclusive climbing groups for women, the LGBTQIA+ community and local community. She is a forest schools leader for SEN children and has completed her degree in Outdoor Adventure Education with Honours, among other qualifications.
She is currently studying a Master’s in Psychology (part time) and is passionate about creating inclusive, welcoming outdoor spaces where everyone can learn, grow, and thrive. She combines hands-on adventure activities with her understanding of psychology to help people build confidence, develop new skills, and succeed in ways that work for them, particularly supporting neurodivergent individuals.

She brings empathy, energy, and adaptability to her work, shaped by her lived experiences as a member of LGBTQIA+ community and identifies as a neurodivergent individual, driving her commitment to inclusion and belonging.
Jade enjoys photography, climbing and building her campervan.
